When sending invitations to agents to showcase them, if there is more than one agent accepting the invitation in a zip code, how does it display?
Each agent gets their own unique identifier code. So when the agent's clients click on their showcase emblem or link (which has their unique identifier), the ethicalinspectors.com website displays the branding for that particular agent. So multiple agents in the same ZIP code is fine, and the more the better for you.
Does the registration of agents cost them anything, and will it in the future?
There is no cost to the agents.
How hard is it for the agent to sign up with you? Do they do themselves, do you do it, or am I required to work it in?
It is very easy for the agent to register themselves. They just upload their picture, logo, and contact information. And then they get their showcase emblem and link that has their unique identifier.
Is your system connected with ISN for realtor lists for invitations, or do I need to pick an choose and set up the list independently? And how many can I invite?
There are a couple of ways you can have invitations sent to agents You can: 1) add one agent at a time; 2) upload a file with a list of agents; 3) copy and paste a list of agents; or 4) if you are a client of APPLICA Solutions and have turned on your synchronization with ISN there, then you can also synchronize with the ethicalinspectors.com, so that when you add agents in ISN, they automatically get invitations sent (unless they have already been sent an invitation).
Is my discounted admin fee for just the 1st year, or will it be discounted in the future as well?
At this point we are thinking it will continue to be discounted for those who have already signed up. But depending on how signups and administration costs go, the price might even go down.
How is it tied to my web page?
You are able to download a showcase emblem and link that has your own unique identifier, and when you put on our web page, people that click will see your company showcased at the top of the displayed list anytime the requested ZIP code matches your service territory. Also, if you include your website with your company description, visitors to ethicalinspectors.com can click and get to your webpage.
