Hi, I'm Phil Gage President of HomeFront Inspection, LLC. Let me tell you about my and my company.
As a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) To maintain this status, I am required to take a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education . I am required to follow their strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. There are other association for home inspectors but InterNachi is the only association that requires their members to be pre-certified before they can become a member.
I have been an inspector for 6 years, Former President of the Colorado Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). During my term as president I focused on educating the inspectors. I have helped several inspectors with their business as well as marketing tips. I have a background in architecture and building trades.
This means I don't solicit realtors to refer me to their clients. I work solely for my client to give you an objective, unbiased inspection of the house. I don't try to sell the house I just give you the information I gather from the house.
Some inspectors will hide defects in hopes to impress the real-estate agent so they will use him again. I, on the other hand, only try to impress my client with a professional inspection and the best rated reporting program that clearly explains the defects.
