I have a background in architecture and building trades. Independent: This means I don't solicit realtors to refer me to their clients. I work solely for my client to give you an objective, unbiased inspection of the house. I don't try to sell the house I just give you the information I gather from the house. Some inspectors will hide defects in hopes to impress the real-estate agent so they will use him again. I, on the other hand, only try to impress my client with a professional inspection and the best rated reporting program that clearly explains the defects.
