Service Areas
We are happy to service the greater Houston-Galveston area, and ready to go to Dallas on a slow day! We cary a SUPRA (the key the real estate agents carry) to simplify entry into Houston area homes.

Services Offered
The Texas Real Estate Commission dictates a standard form and minimal inspection requirment for inspectors. This includes the structure, roof, foundation, appliances, electrical system, plumbing, and HVAC system. We go beyond the basics and offer exceptional communication including a computer generated narrative report with color photos and e-mail delivery so you have the report quickly. Building experiance insures that we know the house, sales experiance insures that we can explain it to you! We also inspect: Pools, Sprinkler systems, Hurricane damages, and Construction inspections

Special Services
Special licenses or training is needed for some inspections. When they are beyond the scope of our training, we can arrainge for a trusted associate to take care of the need. An example of this is the wood destroying insect inspection. In Texas this must be performed by a licensed Exterminator. We keep an extensive list of trusted referral partners so you can feel right at home from then first day in a new location. Call with any questions and we will have an answer or find someone who has an answer.

Additional Information
We are active in: The Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, The Houston Association of Realtors, The local neighborhood, Our home church, Networking organizations including BNI International. We accept cash, check or credit cards and payment is customary at or before the time of the inspection. This insures seperation between the results of the inspection and any interest in the sale closing. Texas inspectors must be licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and are required to cary insurance.
